• What Happens After You Order: After your order request is submitted via email, you will be personally contacted once your turn in the queue arrives. You will also receive a more accurate production timeline tailored specifically to your artwork. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

• Timelines: 10–15 days are typically required to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and presentation. However, the timeline may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your piece, your customisation choices, and the current order volume. Approximate delivery dates are shared only after your order is confirmed. 

  To maintain our standards of excellence, we do not take rush orders.

• Shipping Time (Domestic): 4-6 working days (approx.) for domestic shipping.

• Shipping Time (International): 8-10 working days (approx.) for international shipping.

• 22k Gold Leaf Detailing: Gold leaf can be used to inscribe names and dates or highlight features within the portrait.

• Custom Composition: The overall arrangement of the piece, such as placement or added symbolic elements, can be tailored to align with a specific vision or narrative.

• Gifting Personalisation: When sent as a gift, a personal message can be included, either as a letter or a card, thoughtfully placed within the packaging.
