• For Indian clients, we accept UPI and bank transfers. For international clients, we accept PayPal, bank transfers, or wire transfers.

• GST-compliant invoices are available for all orders.

• We'll be able to accept any order at our discretion.

4. Custom artwork and Intellectual property

• All custom artwork, including micro portraits, is created exclusively for the client.

• We retain the copyright to all artistic works unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing.

• Clients must not reproduce, modify, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior consent.

5. Shipping and delivery

• We offer shipping within India and internationally to permitted countries.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.

• Any delays or damages caused by the shipping company are not our liability; however, we will assist clients in resolving shipping-related issues where possible.

• We ensure that our part of the process is handled with the utmost care to prevent any damage before shipping.

• International clients are responsible for any customs duties or import regulations applicable in their country.

6. Refunds and cancellations

• Due to the nature of custom artwork, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the work has commenced.

7. Client confidentiality and privacy

• We value client privacy and protect all personal and sensitive data.

• Any images or information shared for custom artwork will be used solely for the intended purpose and deleted once the order is fulfilled.

• Clients can request not to have their testimonials shared.

8. Collaborative projects

• If a project is executed in collaboration with another brand or business, the same Privacy Policy and confidentiality standards apply.

• We ensure that all client-sensitive information is protected throughout the collaboration.

9. Limitation of liability

• We strive to ensure accuracy in all information related to our work provided on our website.
