Refund policy

We create highly detailed and customised micro artwork, making each piece unique and tailored to the client. Due to the nature of our work, we have specific policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.
1. Refund policy
All sales are final. As each piece is custom-made, we do not offer refunds once the work has begun.
In the rare case of an issue with the final artwork that is directly our fault, we will assess the situation and determine if any corrective action is necessary.
Refunds will only be considered if an order is cancelled before work has started. However, cancellation charges may apply due to slot reservations made during the process.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method or an alternative method within 12-15 days, unless unforeseen circumstances cause delays.
Refunds are not applicable due to differences in artistic interpretation, as micro artwork is highly detailed and subjective.
Refunds will only be issued after verifying all conditions, including any necessary returns or dispute resolutions.
2. Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel an order before work has started. However, cancellation charges may apply for slot booking when cancelling.
If an order has already been initiated, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to decline cancellations for orders that involve highly customised work or have progressed beyond the initial stage.
3. Payments
Payments are required to be made in full before work begins unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon.
Payments may be made in parts if agreed.
All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store sensitive payment details.
4. Damage claims & unboxing evidence
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping all artwork to ensure its safety.
Clients are requested to record the unboxing process as part of their experience. This also serves as evidence in case of any damages caused by the courier company due to their negligence.
Refund & return basis
If any damage occurs due to negligence on our part during packing or handling, we will take full responsibility and issue a refund or replacement after verification.
However, if the damage or loss is caused by the courier company, we cannot be held liable for a refund. In such cases, we will assist the client in resolving the matter with the courier service.
If any damage occurs during shipping, the client must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in the process where possible, but the liability lies with the courier service.
Without an unboxing video, claims for damage during shipping may not be considered due to a lack of evidence.
Timeframes for resolving such issues will be specified when the situation arises, and we will assist in a quick resolution or refund if all conditions are met.
5. Customs & Import fees
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes imposed by their respective countries.
Customs charges, including import duties and taxes, are levied by the destination country's authorities and are mandatory for legally shipping goods across borders. These charges are separate from our payments—we do not receive any portion of them and have no control over their assessment or collection.
As a registered Importer-Exporter, we comply fully with international shipping regulations to ensure the smooth and lawful delivery of your order.
6. Revisions & corrections
Our goal is to ensure that every artwork meets client expectations. We always welcome revisions and corrections to ensure client satisfaction, keeping in mind the restrictions of the artwork type.
Minor changes can be accommodated, and we ensure that the process is well communicated before commencing the artwork.
If a client misunderstands the process and requests a major change, an additional charge may apply, even after providing all the details and the right means of communication from our end.
Due to the delicate nature of micro artwork, certain corrections may not be possible without risking disruption to the entire piece.
We encourage clients to communicate their vision clearly before work begins to minimise the need for revisions later.
